Marking a Report as a Favorite

The My Favorite Reports tab is shown by default when the Report Center is accessed. The reports listed here are the ones you have flagged as your favorites, whether you created the report or it is a public report created by someone else, using the Make Favorite action link that appears above the list of reports.

To mark a report as a favorite :

  1. Click the Report Center button.
  2. Click either the My Recently Run Reports or Available Reports from Others tabs.
  3. Check the boxes next to one or more of the reports you would like to appear under your My Favorite Reports tab.
  4. Click the Make Favorite link. The Loading icon displays while the reports are added to your favorites list.
  5. Click the My Favorite Reports tab. The reports from step three have been added to this list.
  6. Tip: To remove the reports from the My Favorite Reports list, check the boxes next to the report and click the Remove Favorite link.
